How the Rentie platform works
Whether you’re a tenant or a property owner, getting started with Rentie takes just a few simple steps.
The property owner adds the property to the platform and sets the rental terms, including rent, dates and house rules.
The Rentie app automatically generates the rental agreement in Armenian and English.
The property owner sends the tenant an invitation code, which the tenant uses to join the specific rental agreement.
The tenant provides the details of an identity document (passport or ID card), a photo, and declares the composition of the household: adults, children and pets.
If other adults will also be living in the apartment, they join as co-tenants and complete the same identity verification process.
The tenant, the property owner, all co-tenants and, where applicable, the guarantor sign the same agreement electronically.

What does the Rentie app do for you?
Tenants pay directly through the app. Automated payments and instant receipts for every payment.
Rental agreements are prepared in accordance with the legal requirements of the Republic of Armenia and signed directly in the app using a biometric signature and timestamp, providing full traceability throughout the process.
Your deposit is protected throughout the term of the agreement. It is held securely and returned in full after the agreement ends, provided its terms have been met.
Move-in and move-out inspection reports with photos, assessments and digital signatures from both parties. Once signed, the reports cannot be altered, which ensures full transparency.
Tenants can report issues, attach photos and set their priority. Owners track and close requests, and Rentie makes sure the party responsible under the agreement resolves the issue within the agreed deadline.
