How Rentie works for property owners
The property owner adds the property to the platform and sets the rental terms, including rent, dates and house rules.
The Rentie app automatically generates the rental agreement in Armenian and English.
The property owner sends the tenant an invitation code, which the tenant uses to join the specific rental agreement.
The tenant provides the details of an identity document (passport or ID card), a photo, and declares the composition of the household: adults, children and pets.
If other adults will also be living in the apartment, they join as co-tenants and complete the same identity verification process.
The tenant, the property owner, all co-tenants and, where applicable, the guarantor sign the same agreement electronically.
Rent is paid by bank card every month, and the Rentie app transfers it to the property owner.
At the end of the rental term, the owner can offer to renew the agreement. If the tenant moves out, a second inspection is carried out and its results are compared with the report drawn up at move-in.
If a deposit is paid, the Rentie app is free.

Through move-in and move-out inspection reports with photos, assessments and digital signatures from both parties. Once signed, the reports cannot be changed.
In the app you see detailed income analytics for each property. You can export the data in CSV format and keep all documents in one digital archive.
You track and close requests in the app, and Rentie makes sure the party responsible under the agreement resolves the issue within the agreed deadline.
