Step by step
The tenant provides the details of an identity document (passport or ID card), a photo, and declares the composition of the household: adults, children and pets.
If other adults will also be living in the apartment, they join as co-tenants and complete the same identity verification process.
The tenant, the property owner, all co-tenants and, where applicable, the guarantor sign the same agreement electronically.
The tenant pays the deposit, equal to one month's rent, and the first month's rent by bank card.
Once the payment is confirmed, the tenant receives the right to occupy the property.
At move-in, an inspection of the apartment is carried out to record the actual condition of the property. The report is approved and signed by both parties.
